I have recently had an issue with a VPS migrated to a new machine with new IP. I changed the IP of one account from WHM but then this became dedicated and I wa not able to change the remaining accounts to the new IP.

All you have to do is to add the IP at the Basic setup, and the via SSH type the command:

nano /etc/domainips

Then delete the lines with the IP that is stated as dedicated and save the file.

After this you should be able to add more accounts for the main IP.

This is only needed if you change an accounts’ IP before changing it from the basic settings like I did from mistake.
